- Figure skating - it’s not just ice skating and jumping, it’s art: to reveal the image in your programs using technique, choreography, beauty, artistry, a costume and even a make-up with a hairstyle.

I work with my trainers on all of these components. Figure skating is a very beautiful sport, so everything should be thought out in detail. Each element affects the final score in the competition.

For the skater, as for any professional athlete, discipline and mode are important. The mode in everything: in training, nutrition, sleep and rest.

Also important are such qualities as patience, endurance and a desire to achieve your goal, because professional sport is hard daily work.

Training days are successful, but they are also very difficult. For example, when you learn a new element, it may not work out for some time - this is normal, you need to continue to work until the plan is implemented.

I have always acted as a loner , but sometimes at various shows I play in tandem with other skaters. I have such experience, but in single skating, as the name implies, a partner is not needed ( laughs).

With Eteri Georgievna (Tutberidze. - Ed. ), Daniil Markovich (Gleichenhaus. - Approx. Ed.

) and Sergey Viktorovich (Dudakov. - Approx. Ed. ) we interact every day. And we win all victories together.

I would certainly not have achieved such heights. I really love my team.

Once upon a time watching Eteri Georgievna saw the potential in me and knitted under her wing. This was the decisive moment of my career as a skater.

I do not I can imagine my sporting path without Eteri Georgievna - she is my mentor in sports and in life.

I will always be grateful to her for this.

Most of the time I spend training in the gym and on the ice. My main communication is with coaches, and also with my beloved family. I manage to go to the cinema and cafe ( smiles ), I have a weekend for this. I really like spending time with my loved ones and with the dog Masaru.

As a child, I was motivated parents. My father is a professional hockey player, and I grew up on his example. What is sport, I already knew from the cradle. Mom stubbornly drove me to the rink.

Later, the main motivation for me was the desire to climb the podium - this is a feeling of courage and pride that I want to experience again and again, and for this the athletes are ready to work to the fullest.

Sometimes I allow myself to eat something harmful. But only sometimes! All skaters watch the weight, since each conditional 100 grams affects the jumping technique. At the same time, nutrition should be balanced so that the body receives all the necessary vitamins. The loads are large, and it is necessary that the body has the strength to cope with them.

On ice, comfortable equipment is important, which does not distracted from the training process. At the same time, it is important for me to look beautiful, it lifts my mood, and I feel more confident. The same thing in the gym and in choreography classes. I train in PUMA uniform. I really like her stylish and diverse models for sports.

I have running and workout sneakers and just walking shoes, and also PUMA Barbie sneakers.

Figure skating is my life, I love it and would like to continue to practice this sport.
