For almost two months, twenty graduates of boarding schools and orphanages will master a basic cook course in one of the culinary colleges and get acquainted with chefs at retreats in holding restaurants White Rabbit Family. The program will be supervised by chef Vladimir Mukhin.
Classes will be held by chef Anatoly Kazakov, Olga Suzdalkina and Andrei Koshkodan. Best students will be able to do internships at White Rabbit Family restaurants.
Two finalists of the last course took part in the national professional competition Chef a la Russe and received awards in the Junior nomination.
