Chocolate avocado, green avocado ice cream - does it sound weird? Brazilians don’t think so: from the "oil pear" they cook mostly sweet dishes. There is nothing surprising in this, because an avocado is a fruit, not a vegetable. So we just can not help but show you these luxurious green recipes.
One of the simplest and most delicious avocado desserts is sorbet. Thanks to the creamy structure, it is more likely to be similar to ice cream and, unlike berry sorbets, it does not melt so quickly.
In addition, it can be added to different dishes instead of butter, for example, morning oatmeal.

Chop the cilantro, remove the zest from two limes and mix them with sweet syrups. Maple syrup can be replaced with agave syrup. Cool the mixture.
Beat the frozen avocado and syrup in a blender. To make the sorbet a denser texture, put it in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
This ice cream is so tender! Yes, and it’s easy to prepare. Monounsaturated avocado fats are probably the best substitute for the cheap and not very healthy palm oil, which is usually added to ice cream sold at the store.

Grease a baking sheet (23 x 23 cm) with oil or a cooking spray.
Small cakes on raw hazelnut dough, without a gram of sugar and unhealthy fat - perhaps better than you can treat yourself on a cold winter day. In particular, coconut oil and avocado fatty acids nourish and protect the skin and hair.
Make a “dough”: mix the chopped almonds with seedless dates, add some salt and season with cayenne pepper as desired.
Mix the ingredients for the filling: grate and whisk until the avocado is puree, add lime juice, coconut oil and honey.
Lubricate the cupcake tins with butter and fill half (or 1/3) with raw “dough”, half full. Place the cakes in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Garnish with strawberries before serving.
Pudding in England is a traditional Christmas dish. Our vegetarian version of the dessert, of course, is very different from it, but it’s for the better: instead of butter and eggs, only avocado, instead of sugar, honey, instead of cream, healthy coconut milk.
