  3. Beat the frozen avocado and syrup in a blender. To make the sorbet a denser texture, put it in the freezer for another 30 minutes.

This ice cream is so tender! Yes, and it’s easy to prepare. Monounsaturated avocado fats are probably the best substitute for the cheap and not very healthy palm oil, which is usually added to ice cream sold at the store.

    Grease a baking sheet (23 x 23 cm) with oil or a cooking spray.

  4. Let the brownies ready to cool, then coat them with icing and refrigerate.
