  1. In a dry frying pan, first lightly fry the seeds of caraway seeds, and then separately pine nuts.

  2. Cook the steamed carrots or boil them in slightly salted water for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
  3. In a mill or mortar, grind the garlic and salt - the mixture should look like a paste. Add caraway seeds and mix. Combine the paste with honey and season with lemon juice.

  4. Drain the pan. When the carrots cool slightly, cut it diagonally and put in a large salad bowl.

  6. Add beets to the pan and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the pan and let the vegetables cool.
