4 delicious and light desserts with strawberries

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the oatmeal and mix.
  2. Take the silicone muffin molds.

    Spread the chocolate mass in a thin layer along the edges of the molds and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Mix the strawberries with yogurt. Take out the chocolate baskets, fill them with yogurt with wild strawberries and put in the freezer for another 15 minutes.

Snowballs - these are whipped egg whites boiled in vanilla milk. They have absolutely no egg flavor and are a bit like marshmallows.

The result is a very unusual dessert!

Ingredients

Powdered sugar or sugar substitute

to taste

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites in a strong foam, adding powdered sugar or a substitute to taste.
  2. Cut the vanilla pod and remove the seeds with a knife. Add vanilla to the milk and bring it to a boil.
  3. Spoon a ball of protein and dip it into boiling milk for one minute.

    Then turn the snowball on the other side for another minute, then carefully remove and put on a plate. Do this with all the proteins.

  4. Chop strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  5. Pour the strawberry puree into a bowl, put a few snow-white snowballs on top, cool and eat like a cold sweet soup.

  1. Put the gelatin in the pan, pour water and heat until it will not dissolve.

    Then cool.

  2. For the bottom layer of cheesecake, grind four strawberries, oatmeal, flax seeds, carob, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a blender. Spread the dough on the bottom of the mold and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Leave three tablespoons of gelatin for the topmost layer, and whisk the rest with a mixer along with cheese. Put the resulting mass on the cake.

  4. Cut the strawberries into plates, put on cheese and pour the remaining gelatin on top.
  5. Leave the cheesecake for the night (or 8 hours) in the refrigerator so that it has time to freeze well.

  1. Cook oatmeal: pour the cereal into boiling milk or water, mix and cook 10 minutes over medium heat. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Beat eggs with a whisk and mix with porridge.

  3. Put the porridge in cupcake tins 1/3. On top lay strawberries, sliced, and a piece of chocolate.
  4. Bake muffins in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 30 minutes.
