Preparation process

  1. Cover a 26 cm dish with baking paper. Lubricate it with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour.
  2. Mix 150 g of melted butter with 150 g of sugar. Add 2 eggs to the mass, sift the flour and knead everything well with your hands to make a dough.
