  2. Cut the eggplant lengthwise into two and place on a greased baking sheet.

  6. Mix the eggplant pulp, banana, agave syrup and melted chocolate in a blender until smooth.

  9. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes (check readiness with a toothpick).
