Pepper (red chili)

3 pcs.

Cilantro (refined)

1 handful

Pepper (ground black)

to taste

Cheese (grated cheddar)

2 handfuls

Cooking process

  1. For cooking guacamole take 2 ripe avocados, 2-3 peeled tomatoes and a pair of peeled chili peppers, beat in a blender with a handful of chopped green onions and a handful of cilantro.

  2. After that add 2 more chopped tomatoes, a pinch of salt and half a finely chopped avocado. Put everything in a bowl, add sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice.
  3. To fill the tortillas, you will need two large handfuls of grated cheese, finely chopped red pepper and chopped cilantro. Stir everything in a deep plate, and then distribute the mixture between the two layers of tortilla.
  4. Someone prefers to saute quesadillas in oil, but Jamie Oliver recommends placing them in a dry non-stick pan and sauté over medium heat for one and a half minutes on each side.

Then the quesadilla will become crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Serve cut into four parts with guacamole.
