Cheese (grated parmesan)

Pepper (black ground)

Cooking process

  1. Combine the eggs, yolk, salt and ground pepper in a bowl.
  2. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cut the baked pumpkin into cubes and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
  4. Mix the pasta with the egg mixture (the sauce will “come” thanks to the warmth of the hot pasta).

  5. Add pumpkin to the pasta, sprinkle with parmesan and chopped walnuts on top.
