For three days, cooks will cook steaks, churasco, Bavarian sausages, brisket and other dishes on an open fire. And we will share two simpler recipes (but no less tasty) - chicken with barbecue sauce and salmon with cilantro and lime.

Grilled chicken with homemade barbecue sauce

Use the parts of the chicken that you most like: breasts, legs or wings.

Vinegar (apple caramel )

Sugar (brown)

1/4 cup

Butter (olive)

Cooking process

  1. Lubricate the grill with olive oil.
  2. Combine vinegar, sugar, mustard, garlic and spices.
  3. Salt the chicken and fry on a closed grill for 12-15 minutes on each side.
  4. Open the grill, grease the chicken on both sides with the sauce, close and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve the finished chicken hot with vegetable salad.

Salmon on grilled with cilantro and lime

Very juicy and tender fish steaks with a sauce of butter, lime juice, honey, garlic and cilantro.

Cooking process

  1. Wash and dry the salmon fillet. Salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill.

  3. Put the fillets on a wire rack and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Turn over and hold on fire for another 5 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  6. Add lime juice, honey, chopped garlic and cilantro to the oil. Mix well.

  7. Serve the fish hot by pouring the sauce on top.
