Preparation process

  1. Mix spices with sunflower and chia seeds, coconut and water .

  2. Set aside part of the mixture to decorate the porridge with it on top.
  3. Mix in the blender the main part of the spicy mixture, pumpkin and honey until a homogeneous consistency.
  4. Put the porridge in the plates. Garnish with the rest of the spicy mixture and chopped cherries.
