Ingredients

Rusks (or breading mixture)

Yogurt (Greek)

1/2 cup

Pepper (black ground)

Preparation process

  1. Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and shallots into thin slices.

  2. Combine Greek yogurt with lemon juice, zest and chopped garlic in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine the egg, breading mixture and flour.
  4. Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture. Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees until tender.

  5. Cut the bagels along and brush with yogurt sauce.
  6. Cut the finished chicken breasts into thin slices and put them on the half of the bagel.
  7. Add chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and shallots. Cover with a second half. Bon appetit!

Preparation process

  1. Put four slices of bread on the table.
  2. Combine sour cream, yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Lubricate each of the four slices of bread with the prepared sauce.
  4. Then evenly distribute the pesto on the bread.

  5. With a sharp knife, cut the asparagus along. Cut the avocado in half, peel and mash the pulp with a fork.
  6. Put the asparagus and avocado on slices of bread.
  7. Add two slices of cheese for each, and lay the spinach on top.
  8. Cover each sandwich on top with another piece of bread to make a sandwich.

  9. Grill sandwiches or microwave them to melt the cheese. Done!
