Cooking process

  1. Heat the stewpan with a thick bottom, pour olive oil into it, add garlic, thyme, chopped onion and fry.
  2. Pour rice into the saucepan and stir continuously for a minute, then pour the broth so that it completely covers the rice, stir and gradually evaporate the broth. Cook for 15-17 minutes.
  3. Once the whole broth has evaporated, add soy sour cream and coconut oil to the rice, add juice and lime zest.

  4. Cut the tofu into large cubes. Peel the avocado, divide into 4 parts, then cut into slices.
