  3. Wash the chicken breasts well, sprinkle them with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake chicken in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve by laying on the baked chicken breast pesto, a slice of mozzarella and tomato mixture.
